Oil Painting Process Post #2

I am currently on the grisaille stage of my oil painting, trying to capture all of the values and textures of my still life. It has been a very slow process because I am trying to make the painting as detailed and realistic as possible, but I think it is coming together well. I hope to finish my grisaille in the next class period and move on to the color layer.
